Our Upward Basketball and Cheer season runs January through March. We love watching kids grow in their love for sports while learning to be a better athlete on and off the court. The families in our league love it so much they return every year excited for a new season. Our 8-game season runs January to March for kids Kindergarten through 12th grade. 

Each basketball team will practice on either Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday with games each Saturday. Some of our middle school or high school teams may play games on Friday nights. Practices will begin the first week of January.

Each cheer team will practice once a week and will cheer for one game on Saturday morning. Practice begins the first week of January.

All practices and games are located in our gym:

Cost:

The cost is $110 (or $100 if you register before December 6) which includes your uniform, t-shirt, and an end of season gift. 

Cheerleaders will receive a uniform, pompoms, and a megaphone.

Evaluation Days: 

Thursday, December 3, 2025 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday, December 5, 2025 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Please come out to one of the dates so we can get an evaulation of your basketball player skill level. Cheerleaders are not needed at evaluation days.
