Our Upward Basketball and Cheer season runs January throuh March. We love watching kids grow in their love for sports while learning to be a better athlete on and off the court. The families in our league love it so much that the return every year excited for a new season. Our 8-game season runs January to March for kids Kindergarten through 12th grade. 

Each basketball team will practice on either Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday with games each Saturday. Some of our middle school or high school teams may play games on Friday nights. Practices will begin the first week of January.

Each cheer team will practice once a week and will cheer for one game on Saturday morning. Practice begins the first week of January.

Cost:

The cost is $110 which includes your uniform, t-shirt, and an end of season gift. 

Cheerleaders will receive a uniform, pompoms, and a megaphone.

You missed our evaluation days, but that's okay! We still want you to play. Register now.
